Our mindfulness audio series is specifically created to provide
freedom from stress, anxiety, and depression
while building and strengthening Self-Confidence,
Self-Assurance, and Self-Empowerment.
Imagery is the oldest universal learning and training method known as it began with life itself. Imagery is basic to everything that we see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. These five senses create images in our mind and it is how we interact or react to these images that determine the choices we make in our lives.
The Imagery Center was created over 20-years ago by my loving wife and me and our audio productions have been experienced by people from all walks of life throughout the world.

All Imagery Programs are designed to simply and effectively help you learn to control and direct the flow of thoughts [images] that we see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. No other audio program will provide a more clear, targeted, and comprehensive mind-body relaxation method to assist you in changing negatives into positives. For anyone that has ever practiced imagery or is just beginning to understand imagery, our original “Imagery Relaxation” audio experience introduces and produces a perfect mind-to-body relaxation response. The wonderful feeling of calm and tranquility that the “Imagery Relaxation” program provides will open the door to exploring further behavioral changes through the use of the Imagery Audio Programs.
Building self-confidence allows you to build trust, and to experience freedom from self-doubt and any other negative thoughts you may be carrying about yourself. Self-confidence identifies the feeling of fear and anxiety and removes them with positive supporting thoughts. Greater self-confidence builds inner-strength and clarity in judgment allowing you to make smart as opposed to impulsive ones. Self-confidence builds greater freedom and strength from social anxiety.
Care for the Caregiver
There comes a time when the caregiver needs to take a special [private] moment to reconnect, relax and renew their precious energy and spirit. The “Care For Caregivers” program provides a wonderfully calming inner-peace especially produced to nurture back that core strength and perfectly balanced well-being that exemplifies a Caregiver!
Insomnia or difficulty in falling and staying asleep is the #1 cause of most all physical and emotional breakdowns. Without adequate restful, relaxing, and peaceful sleep, the mind and body connection cannot adequately rebuild and replenish the fresh energy required to perform optimally. The “Deep Sleep” program is intentionally designed to help quiet the mind, remove unwanted tensions and stresses while providing an environment supportive to inner-peace and restful sleep. “Deep Sleep” has helped thousands of Imagery participants achieve a calm and peaceful night’s sleep.
Depression is more than just a bad mood. The symptoms of depression are physical, emotional, and psychological. They create a stirring and imbalance of chemicals known as neurotransmitters. These electrical impulses further create a drain on the system causing emotional triggers and lowering of moods. The “Healing Depression” program is a wonderful method and approach that addresses these issues and provides positive thought patterns to overtake the negative thoughts and feelings. A gentle and relaxed comfort will replace the low moody emotional depression feeling.
There are times in our life when we need to change old and outdated ways of thinking and/or behaving. Have you ever felt that something inside was holding you back? Have you felt it holding you back from making the changes you so desperately need to make? The “Letting Go” program was specifically created to assist and help you to release and let go of your old ways of thinking or behaving and allowing a new and refreshing behavior to begin. Releasing the past standard thoughts with your fresh new desired change. Only you can know what you are feeling or desire to change. You Can Let Go!
Pain Management – Injuries, illness, and mixed emotions are the triggers for internal and external pain. Pain is a warning signal to protect us from further damage. We internally possess a powerful group of chemicals classified as endorphins. These morphine-like chemicals are naturally stimulated through the process of relaxation and Imagery. The “Pain Management” program was created to guide you in how to turn on your own internal endorphins and control any discomfort you may have. This is a highly effective and very focused program. We all have the ability to interact with our Mind to Body Connection and cause changes to occur.
Releasing Stress – Stress is unfortunately a daily reality and experience that affects both our mind and our body. These become both an emotional and physical drain to our whole internal body system. Hundreds of factors can cause stress and without any warning, a stress-related illness can and usually will occur. While we may not be able to change what’s occurring within the world, we definitely can change how we react to it! The Releasing Stress program will provide an easy-to-achieve positive approach that will assist you in taking control of your emotional stress levels and the non-beneficial negative reactions. You will feel noticeably more relaxed, comfortable, and in control of your emotions and thoughts. Your positive feelings will allow you to look as good as you feel!
Worry-Free for Children
Worry-Free for Children – This is such a wonderful program specifically designed to help children learn how to relax, and how to use their creative imagination to feel better about themselves, and those around them. “Worry-Free” will help to build their self-confidence and self-esteem, and, it has even helped improve their schoolwork by releasing any troublesome thoughts and worries. Each child will find their own “very special” appreciation for taking time to relax and support their imagination for their personal benefit. They can listen to this program any time they want to feel relaxed and at ease by releasing unnecessary worries or problems.
